Pricing questions
How much does MedSkift cost for employers?
US$3 per booked shift, taken from your prepaid credit when you accept an applicant. Posting shifts, receiving applications and messaging applicants are free. There is no subscription.
How do I pay for credit?
Top up your wallet through Linkwa’s secure checkout with EcoCash, InnBucks, OneMoney, Omari, SmileCash, Visa or Mastercard. Credit appears as soon as the payment is confirmed and every top-up has a receipt.
Can I get my credit back as cash?
No. Credit is prepaid and can only be used for booking fees on MedSkift. Booking fees that qualify for a refund go back into your credit, never out as cash.
What if the health worker cancels or does not turn up?
Your US$3 comes back to your credit automatically when a worker cancels, and when you report a no-show within 24 hours of the shift start. If you cancel yourself at least 24 hours before the start, the fee is refunded too; closer to the start it is kept.
